MANAGER, INSURANCE DEPARTMENT
Insurance Department

  • Ensures the financial integrity and profitability of the company by continuously developing new products as well as monitoring and analyzing cost-effective ratios and risk assumptions of insurance plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business related course
  • With MBA or related post-graduate degree
  • With 4-6 years of working experience in managerial capacity in the same field
  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality

MANAGER, ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Accounts Management Department

  • Designs and implements a fast and efficient billing and collection process and install proactive measures to minimize past due accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • With MBA or related post-graduate degree
  • With 4-6 years of working experience in managerial capacity in the same field
  • Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality

SUPERVISOR, ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Accounts Management Department

  • Oversees daily transactions of the department such as checking and approval of Statement of Account for Re-loan and Terminations, and data reconciliation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • Preferably with MBA or related post-graduate degree
  • With 2-4 years related working experience
  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality

REGIONAL OFFICER Region 3
Marketing Department

  • Oversees day-to-day operation in assigned Regional Extension Office and ensures to provide members fast and efficient services
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course
  • With 1-2 years related working experience
  • Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
  • Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills

APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Information Technology Department

  • Designs and develops both new and enhancements to software applications that meet business specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • With at least 2 years related working experience
  • Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills

JUNIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Information Technology Department

  • Provides assistance to the Application Developer by developing and maintaining the core system applications as well as to evaluate the needs of the end-users
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • With 1-2 years related working experience
  • With experience in the development process of various project and with strong knowledge of software development life cycle

CLAIMS EXAMINER
Insurance Department

  • Settles claims benefit of members by undertaking final processing of claims application and initiates recommendation of appropriate insurance benefits due to the beneficiaries
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course
  • With 1-2 years related working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
  • Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in assessing authenticity of public documents issued by the Civil Registry
  • Ability to verify document and signature authenticity

FIELD OFFICER for Region 3 and Cordillera Region
Marketing Department

  • Extends services of the company to its members by conducting Field Service Operations (FSO) in PNP offices within the assigned area
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course
  • With at least 1 year related working experience
  • Strong composition and prioritizing skills
